Services

CAPS is proud to offer several services to its Onslow County residents for the purpose of improving the lives of cats and dogs. Such services include:

Adoption - save the life of a cat or dog through adoption
Lost and Found - locate a missing pet and/or return a missing pet
Memorials - honor the memory of a deceased pet or person
Spay and Neuter - help reduce overpopulation by utilizing low-cost clinics
