Queenie

Birthdate: 2011

Queenie was found wandering the streets of Northwoods, slightly malnourished with no collar identification. Animal control was contacted, signs were posted, and an advertisement was listed in the newspapers. She has no microchip and unfortunately, no one claimed her.

Queenie is an extremely loveable dog that exudes high energy. She is a black labrador/pointer and within her target weight of 52 pounds. The veterinarian reported her to be in excellent health (good teeth, heartworm-free, and earmite-free). She is estimated to be one year old. She is current on all vaccinations; however, she has not been spayed.

Queenie is quite smart; she has been trained to sit and lay down. She especially loves older children and cannot seem to get enough attention from them. She also loves to return the affection. She demonstrates qualities of being an excellent guard dog; she's protective without being dangerous.

The happy labrador gets along well with other dogs and loves to play ball. She has a healthy appetite for food and life. Are you the right family for her?

If you are interested in adopting Queenie, please contact the owner directly.
