My name is Miss Dovey. I am a gorgeous white domestic short-haired, born two years ago. My former owner dumped me near a convenience store, so I was scared, hungry, thirsty, and barely survived. A nice lady from CAPS took me to a foster home where I am fed and loved. I am extremely shy because of what happened to me, but my foster mother says I've come such a long way.
