Corporal Kevin "Jack" Dempsey, 23, died in the line of duty on November 13, 2004. The volunteers of CAPS are proud to pay homage to the man who sacrificed his freedom and contributed his endless generosity to helping homeless animals in need of food, medicine, and shelter.
